Steak 'n Shake - Clermont

The food was good. The employees were friendly. It is reasonably priced. I had an issue with order. I brought it up to an employee and the manager personally apologized and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. I was very impressed.

The service was great and the holiday peppermint milkshake was awesome .. the price for the shake and combo meal and a Sprite was under 12.00..get over there and enjoy!!

My kid loves eating here as a once in a while treat. Usually we go drive thru but have eaten inside also. The team is always polite and they provide good service, frequent check ins to see if you need anything. Better than you get at some sit down places. It’s a pleasant customer experience. The burgers and shakes are pretty good too!

Still getting used to the self service kiosk for dining in. Good burger for the price...really only thing I can recommend. Not a fan of anything else except milk shakes on their menu.

Today, I ordered via the S'n'S app, which went on the payment step and then crashed. I went into the store and spoke with the Mgr. He couldn't find the order, so he rang me up. After getting my food, my app order came up. The Mgr brought my food and told me to keep it and have me a refund on my 2nd order. Customer service was top-notch, and the food was great as always. Steak burger with fries. Yumm Follow-on: My next several trips have been great as well. If any issues come up, they correct it right away. Love coming here
