Chili's Grill - Clermont

Pretty simple. nothing special. we had to wait 15min to sit. average service and standard food. I ordered a chicken sandwich that tasted like an average kopie of kicherd fil a. my man had Zilantro-Kalbkarne asada and it was good. the potato soup was okay.

UPDATE: Chili’s should re-brand themselves as the Hit or Miss Chili experience. They used to make great Long Island Ice Teas… not anymore. It was more of a sweet and sour lemon tea. And the Brisket BBQ Burger, it was a burger with no BBQ sauce. And forget the coleslaw. How can you screw up coleslaw, well, easy breezy. Just take a look. Totally tasteless, ugh! What is happening here! —— Last time I had a Chili’s experience was on Long Island, 10 years ago. And it was terrible. This time around, the waitress at the bar, saved the night. Ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can that be? Well, someone forgot to tell the kitchen staff, the floor tiles are not for flipping burgers. After waiting over 45 minutes, what I received was a decomposed floor flattened, shoe-squeezed, burned to the ground burger with a piece of cheese slapped on. I was going to take a picture when the tray was taken from me. I guess my expression was priceless. Glad the waitress took the platter because the replacement burger was good! Actually, very good. Don’t know what was going on in that kitchen, but from other reviews, it’s a on going issue. On the upside: Two hours after I entered a fairly empty restaurant at 4.30, the wait line was out the door. And from what I see, they must make a great Long Island Ice Tea because the guy next to me had at least four!

I ordered the triple dipper sampler for my family and what I got was far from what I expected. The chicken tasted and smelled like old rag, the cheese in the mozzarella sticks tasted like rubber. They didn’t even look like cheese sticks and the cheeseburger bites were burnt and dry. Makes me wonder where the restaurant is getting this food from. Doesn’t make any sense to pay so much for this quality of food. Complete waste of money.

We ordered take out from them on June 17th. Got home and I noticed that the 6 oz steaks we ordered looked kinda small. Weighed them and they were both 3.4 oz. I know that steaks are weighed before they're cooked but even then they don't lose that much. They also weren't cooked to our specified order. I called but the manager was busy so I left my contact info and still haven't heard back, hence this negative review. Very disappointing.

It literally looks like someone bit one of the Pattie’s in half. On top of that they came with no cheese or anything on them at all and my half rack of ribs were only 3 ribs. Nothing tasted good I am very upset I could literally cry. I felt so bad when I opened this DoorDash order all my daughter wanted was a cheese burger and ended up spending $40 on disgusting food.
