Why would anyone wanna go here when the last 3 times I’ve been here, we get pulled up… it’s an everytime thing. Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s, and everywhere around doesn’t make you pull around! What is the point of fast food if you have to wait 15 minutes. Especially trash food when I can go next door to Chick-fil-A for something better. Every time we come here people are pulled around into all the spots. The place just needs to be closed down and put something half way decent there…. We counted 8 cars pulled around in the VERY SHORT time we sat in Chick-fil-A drive through after saying screw it and left since the manager said her “drive thru time was more important” and we WERE NOT ALLOWED a refund. We asked to get a refund one our nuggets since we knew we were gonna have to wait, so we just ate the $20 and left
My order was taken in the most unprofessional manner first of all. The lady on the speaker said for me to pull around to the watch ya call it to get your umm...whatever . After I waited 10 minutes on a single shamrock shake I tried to pay using my debit card and she said oh no, we cash only . So I 'm going home with nothing tonight. You can bet your sweet a I won 't be back to McDonald 's again.
The manager for today 3/10/2024 7:35She was very rude, dropping orders on the ground, she did not have customer service skills at all, waited 90 mins on 4 items, she continued to throw the bag, it’s on camera the bag almost hit the floor, she called it her floor, so she has a at home attitude, ,camera says it all, she has a gap in her teeth, maroon color hair, she need to be shown how to perform under pressure, also customer service Im sure McDonald’s care much about customers, this can not be happening, McDonald’s is already being boycotted, multiple customers was disappointed, I’ll be the voice of the people, thank you so much for your time.
