Starbucks - CLEMENTON

Fast service! Nice employees! Got my latte with a smile with a side of be safe out there. Will visit again!

I ordered the same thing I always ordered. Light ice at the starbuck target one. I ordered same thing at the clementon location. I have no problem ever before. But this is unacceptable. The one on the left is what I got today vs what I got before. Big difference? both light ice. Firstly they forgot my order bc I ordered on mobile for pickup instore. It?s new year so there is a shortage of staffs. I get that. They kept asking my name and what was my order when I go thru drive thru. I kept saying Zoe. She kept calling me Kelsie or Chelsie! How does that have anything in similarity? and then my Drink looked like they threw away half of it. she said bc I order light ice, shots and oatmilk. She said she could either put more ice or more milk for me? there s nothing she could do. you know I have spent so much money here and never had a problem. I would never come back here again. Also I haven?t drank it or spilled it to look like it?s half filled. fyi

We love this location and usually get a bag of coffee ground fresh. Today when my Fiancé came home with the bag it felt light. I second guessed myself thinking ?no way it?s short?. My fears became reality when I poured the coffee into our canister. I kid you not, this is what we got. The coffee normally fills this jar to the line seen in the pictures. Crazy part of the whole thing is that there was some coffee already inside! I tried calling the store to see what happened to the rest of my coffee and the phone just rings and rings to no end. I just want my coffee ????????

I stopped in there to get a couple of drinks on the way back from the Jersey Shore and was greeted by Jenn the manager. She and the entire staff were pleasant, professional, and eager to please. I really enjoyed visiting this Starbucks store today.

Nice employees. They get busy but they do their best. Jen is always so nice and greeting everyone and checks on everyone while they wait.
