Paul's Chicago Pizza - Clearwater

Honestly ... It's not a deep dish pizza. It's a stuffed pizza. The crust is not it and food not very flavorful. Tastes like pre made or box pizza dough. Also meatballs we ummm fine. Nothing special here and salad skip it only store bought dressing and should be called ice berg lettuce on a throw away plate as it came with very very little cheese and minimal toppings.

So glad we made the drive down. The place is straight out of Northside! Chicago memorabilia and old photos from the hood before Paul moved to Florida. The service counter takes your order with a smile, and you can be seated at a table. We started with the Chicago chopped salad, complete awesomeness, just like I used to make. My husband ordered the house special thin crust pizza, and I had the Italian beef. There was not a crumb left on the plate just like we were taught in our youth. Smiles for miles and bellies satisfied. Highly recommend this place.

Quaint, warm, delicious and lovely servers to boot!

I just bought a home around the corner and tried Paul’s Chicago Pizza. As soon as I walked in I was stunned at the beauty of Marissa behind the counter! Marissa recommended the thin pizza and WOW it was fantastic! This is now my go-to pizza place for sure!

As close as to the famous Giordano's Chicago style deep dish as it gets. Exceeded my expectations!
