Mega Burrito - Clearwater

Ordered several meals to-go for special work event, and we were all very satisfied. I ordered the rinderquesadilla and it was so great! would definitely order again.

Hello, me and my family went there today, and it was disappointing. Waitress acted like a little robot, barely welcomed us, food was very spicy, they have to advise in advance, also tacos had just one tortilla, generally they have to be with 2 (very thin), prices were high, for the service and quality of food. BUT, mainly, the Banda Music (if you can call it music), was terrible, obnoxious, very loud, 2 big screen tvs with different artists, so crazy to try to eat your meal in this conditions, we are not all from north side of Mexico, why can they try to play Vicente, Bukis, Mana, etc. Please change this, it is VERY URGENT.P.s. there was NO hand soap in the mens restroom, and was stinky.

Terrible experience. Really bad service. The waitress never show up to the table to ask about if we were ok. We need things and she never came to the table. Is so sad that they change really drastically I used to come every week because I love the flavor, but now is bad they charge more for less and no quality I don’t mind paying for a good food. My family and I are disappointed for it. First When we came it took like 20 min to come and ask for the drinks and then it took more than one hour to the waitress to bring food to the table and then we order two molcajete and the meet were crispy burn no cheese just a little pieces of stuff for the price. They brought a side when everything was cold and plus she charge the 18 percent for her terrible service. Is not worth it any more

Should have paid attention to the reviews but i gave it a try and they completely got my order wrong gabe me 2 platters of food in what was suppose to be steak tacos how they missed that on an online order is up for debate, so when i called and they said they couldnt give me my money back so i was like fine i want my food and i even put a food aleregy in big letters and they still put onion on my food like seriously how are u working and u cant even understand simple things meaning cant read!

This was our first time there. The young lady that waited on us only spoke Spanish and we only spoke English but we got through it OK. Service was very good, she was very friendly. Food was absolutely outstanding! I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food and this was the real thing! I had a burrito and my wife had fajitas both with steak. Everything was fabulous! We will definitely be going back.
