They mentioned the free donut to me even before I had a chance to ask for it!

I only ordered the Charli cold foam, and it was delicious! Maria M. provided the best customer service I’ve experienced at a Dunkin' Donuts. She was incredibly sweet and friendly, and she gave me a lovely compliment on my dress and nails. Her bright smile could light up anyone's day. If I ever travel from Tampa to Clearwater again, this will definitely be my go-to spot!

There was just one staff member working, and she did an excellent job. It's a shame that the owner had only one person on duty to handle the drive-thru, inside service, and food preparation during the busy afternoon coffee rush.

Worst du kin ever. Slow staff and never make anything right. Ordered sausage egg and cheese, receipt said sausage but the food I received was becon.... coffee tastes like they reuse the same coffee grains multiple times to save money as it's always watered down and when ask for specific directions they can't make it right ever. You can tell them 3 milks they will put 6.
