Loved coming back, had gotten e-ml saying our Rewards were ready, boy were they good. Hubby had giant BBQ sandwich w/fries drink for $10, I had fave Bonzai burger w/tasty salad, but forgot my free drink, waaah. And this place has the BEST drinks. You can get bottomless lemonades in delish flavors, even light meaning low sugar, yaaay. Can 't believe I forgot it, lol. Dessert was freckled lemonade cake, looove their desserts, hard to pass up the donuts I 'm tellin ya! Wonderful service from Sarah (we 'd asked for Jake but he wasn 't there today). She was so friendly had this cute food runner helper, Connor I think his name was. He brought us lotsa stuff, u need a lotta napkins, to-go boxes the burgers are so huge. He was so helpful too. Told Sarah she Connor were too young to know Rhett 's don 't scrape the plate line from GWTW, but we always do she loved it. :D

Spent $100 for the worst service ever! Server never checked on us. Will not go back. Save your money. Food over priced for the quality. Go elsewhere.

The place is spotless....they are taking the virus crisis to another level....the hostess sprayed clean our booth before we sat down, the tables are spaced out for social distancing, everyone wore mask the servers wore gloves, the condiments are individually packaged. They were super efficient, very friendly the food was delicious! The burgers, onion rings, garlic fries are the best ever!

For the same price, go to Outback get a nice STEAK with REAL vegatables baked potato or fries OR salad. Just Sayin'...

My wife and I stopped by here for lunch while shopping the area. We are very familiar with the Red Robin brand and are members of their loyalty program. The food on this occasion ranged from average to very good during this visit. While the server was friendly, he was not very attentive and we had to ask for items like lemon for iced tea, additional side items, etc., multiple times. I really like the Red Robin chain however, this experience was not at all what we expected from this brand. We will likely give them a try again some day in the future but not anytime soon.
