The ticket machine to count our tickets came out 206 tickets short when we out them on our card and the clerk didn't honor it.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Very rude employees that could benefit from customer service training.
If you have a no refund policy it should be posted! Not money back on a card to play games and a place I do not want to go again.
When the place first opened a few years ago, it was a great place. Was there a couple weeks ago with my two kids and there were a lot of arcade...
Awesome food! A lot of fun! Always have nice events for holidays. Good prices. Very friendly employees.
