Arby's - Clear Lake

The server was very nice and it didn’t take long to get my food. The chicken nuggets were great, as usual. It was the deluxe burger that was the issue. The burger meat was overcooked and tough. The lettuce was mostly brown (yuk! . The sauce was all over the wrapper, making it a mess to eat. I only took 2 bites then tossed it out. Worst burger I’ve ever had.

Stopped in for lunch, the cashier at the front was very helpful and respectful. I had asked her if I could have the double bacon cheeseburger but substitute the original bacon with the brown sugar bacon. She had gotten my order correct. The only issue I had was my order took quite a bit longer than I expected. My father had gotten to sandwiches and got his order within 8 mins of ordering, mine took 17 mins and he was done eating by the time I started mine. Other than that issue, the restaurant was clean and the staff were inviting.

Was a small rush but they did great. 1 kid didn't go to break so he could help them out. Was impressed. I had a large order and was all correct.

Very nice visit. It seemed like the owner was there helping and the service was great! Fast, helpful and cheerful!

Worst service we have ever had.We waited for 15 minutes to get an order of chicken nuggets. People who ordered after we did were getting the same thing yet our order was not fulfilled.When confronted the staff did not handle the constructive feedback well.Instead of admitting they were wrong or owning a mistake, the staff chose to blame the customer, got loud, and proceeded to claim that they were great at customer service.We will not be sharing our patronage with this Arby's location because of Mindy.
