For more than 20 years here. Always great food, great staff. Cold beer and an amazing place for any event you want to throw. Big part of the community here.

I grew up eating the pizza from Skip. I'm going away and I'm 5 years away, and I'm going back under cooked cold pizza. The manager of the layer says that he feels that the pizzas are cooked properly. Just really sad.

Skippolinis Pizzeria-Kruste SCORES! I did my best to take my gluten on keto levels, but, Gez, sometimes I want to have a Skippolini pizza! Today I discovered that Skip's has a non-contaminated pizza crust. Super thin, crisp, tasty! and the perfect base for my FAV Begetta Pizza... but I'm sure it would work for any of your favorite toppings. So exciting to have this as an option!!! Thank you Skipolinis!

Review due to extremely high prices for the product that it turns out! The outdoor dining area is beautifully located in very beautiful picturesque downtown Clayton. It's the first pizza restaurant in the chain. All meat pizza was a bit disappointing at this visit. Not much of a variety or amount of toppings listed in the menu. Management review required.

Are pepperoni pizza at Folsom and cheese was fluffy and cold right out of the oven. Server told me they can't get the original cheese anymore and that they use a different after market brand. Just wandering if Clayton is using cheep Mexican products to save money also. ?
