Bojangles Famous Chicken N Biscuits, Bojangles

I went to order at this Bojangle at about 830 Sunday night the date was 7- 10-22. I was getting ready to order and the young man had told me over the intercom that there were no more fries and then I heard the female in the background say wait there's fries left over from... And then he shushed her and when I asked again so there's no fries he repeated and said no there are no fries tonight. Very disappointed there was still over an hour until they closed I've never had this issue there before.

Poor service and worse management. Orders are constantly wrong. Management doesnt know how to utilize personnel efficiently.

It is on the better side of good for a Bojangles', the only thing is that no matter how I try to order or how much I emphasize my desire for a Bo sized combo, I will ALWAYS be met with a small fry and 50/50 I'll get a medium drink. Maybe they see my fat self and want to help me out, but I don't want to be helped like that I want my dang picnic fries!

HOW DARE YOU!?!?!? One of the managers at this fine establishment had a trucker 's vehicle towed because it took him more than 30 minutes to order some food and eat YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! You have no restaurant without inventory that comes in on trucks have some damn respect and appreciation. I will NEVER eat at another of these disrespectful establishments.

Another place who shows no respect for trucks! Hiding under it’s a city ordinance is the reason to have truck towed when the manager is the one who picks up the phone and calls the tow truck not the city. Your staff can be rude to customers talk on cell phones have gossip hour but simply doesn’t have time to ask a truck driver to move their truck and inform them the reason u are asking. It appears u do have signs on a fence where it can be easily blocked or missed all together if the driver walks down the driveway. Neither entrance has a sign. It appears to me the management at this store gets a kick back from the tow company. BTW THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN SEEN BY 103 thousand times so far and still going!!
