Huddle House - Claxton

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but it’s worth noting that things can be a bit chaotic during a big opening. I believe they’re genuinely trying to accommodate everyone. What matters to me is that we finally have a Huddle House again! They must be doing something right since it remains busy. Yes, at a fast food restaurant, you get your order quickly, but here you’re getting real food that is cooked to order. In the end, that’s what really counts.

The restaurant was bustling with activity, and the waitstaff were darting from one table to another, attending to their customers. Although they seemed to be short on staff, it was evident that they were doing their best to manage everything promptly. Our waitress, Brooke, handled serving tables and restocking supplies during our visit, all the while expressing her apologies for any delays. She was incredibly pleasant, and despite being on the go, she ensured our drinks were always filled and frequently checked in on us until our meals arrived. As always, the food was delicious. Even with the wait, we thoroughly enjoyed both our meals and the service. While slow, challenging days can occur, they don’t diminish the fantastic food you’ll find here!

Everything was fantastic, with just one exception: the price felt a bit high for two people at $20.

We came in last night for the first time in awhile. Our server was so friendly, fast, and never missed a beat. The food was hot and delicious. I can’t remember the last time we had such great service in a restaurant. We enjoyed the food and service so much, we came back tonight! Thanks KK!!!

I don’t really like eating out. Though this Huddle House my wife and I visit twice a week. Love the people there and the environment is awesome. Always good food and got to love Erika desserts. Best place to sit down and eat.
