Taco Bell - Clarksville

I just went into this place and the staff just don't care at all. I saw a old gentleman trying to order at the register and one of the employees asked if he was paying with cash or card. He stated he was paying with cash so the employee called for someone to come to the register but didn't so the gentleman said he can pay with card. The employee then said to use the kiosk instead of taking his order. The gentleman said his fingers didn't work with the touch screen and them employee couldn't care less. Myself and another customer helped him with his order at the kiosk.When it was my turn to order I couldn't find what I was looking for on the kiosk so I asked an employee. The employee said he couldn't find it either. It was a regular, non-supreme, party pack. I asked if he could just ring me up at the register to which he obliged. When he asked who's register drawer it was every employee acted like they didn't know. I decided to not order due to everyone incompetence and lackluster attitude. These employees need to be fired and replaced with folks who actually care.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is honestly horrible. 9 times out of 10 if you go in the morning they say they don’t open until 8 am and are only taking grub hub orders. Walked over there today from my work and after watching me try to enter the lobby a guy came out to tell me he saw me walking over but the lobby is closed and if I wanted to order food I had to WALK through the drive thru. I’ve watched this man just stand at the door telling everyone pulling in that the lobby is closed. Maybe he should make better use of his time and actually work the front counter instead of standing there. This place is ridiculous.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell ever. Just today they forgot my burrito, Diablo sauce and their tacos were incredibly skimpy. Also they didn't substitute my tacos for Dorito locos tacos. The employees here are lazy and they don't care about their job. I've had a lot of problems at this location and the only reason I ordered from this location today is because my girlfriend insisted on having a Baja Blast. I will never eat here willingly again. Thank you very little.

Reason this place has 1 star ratings. Think I waited in line here for 30 mins. Only stayed because everywhere else has a line, it's like people in Clarksville don't wanna cook at home I guess, that or workers are cooking slow... Probably both

This location is terrible. Always missing items even in mobile orders, they never care when you try to tell them they’re missing items. They’re extremely slow most the time and just genuinely don’t care. Thy like to say they can’t take card payments seemingly as a way to not work since most people use card ? It’s fast food can’t except much, but you expect to get the “fast food” you paid for..
