Steak 'n Shake - Clarksville

Service was not good. they were not polite. the pommes are really terrible. the burger was not tasteful. the quality is simply not good. but I will say that the shaking are very well done. just go to cookout over the road from a five-star place.

Always fast and friendly service! When I have had a mix up on a Postmates order they were quick to help fix it! Wish they would bring back the Reese's Peanut Butter Shake (vanilla) since they still have the chocolate one, but oh well! Free fries? Hell yeah! Just ask them at the drive thru and on the website or delivery!

After downloading the Steak And Shake app I ordered my food. Very well put together menu choices and drop downs. Food was prepared quickly even though they were very busy. The lady that brought the food to the truck was very polite. Food was great. Order was on point.

It was good when we wanted something quick. I?ve been here 3-4 times. You would have to tell them to not put so much grease on the burger meat. Their burgers are good and so are their shakes! I took my cousin from out of town here and she?s hooked!

They have the best milk shakes! I had the strawberry and banana and the Nutella one which was awesome!!
