Bidra med feedbackI went to this McDonald's this past Saturday morning it was by far the worse service I have ever experienced at any McDonald's franchise. Not only did my food take almost 15min to get to me when it was only 8 people in the place but it was also the wrong order. The staff was horrible the managers seemed clueless on what to do. Other customers complained as well. I recommend the whole staff be fired as soon as possible.
This place is gross. Watched a lady putting together orders redo her hair over the food. Employees were going in and out of the dining room grabbing their own food off the line. No one wearing gloves or hair nets. Two people behind me wanting refunds waiting for 20 minutes. I just wanted my Halloween bucket…..Restaurant was filthy. No thanks. Do better.
The wait was long but as expected for a Saturday night. Fries tasted a little old for the size of the line that was there. Window guys were nice. They tried to keep positive despite waiting on food to hand out. Friendly atmosphere.Food: 4/5
Once again the manager of this store has lied and not posted on an outside sign that their frappe machine is down and there is a wave of lawsuits for damages happening because they're purposely causing customers stress and harassment by laughing at them through the drive-thru after having to wait 20 minutes because of their terrible service of getting customers through the line. I would pass on going to this McDonald's but I would also go to our website where there are lawsuits being handled through McDonald's on the false advertising of products they sell but not listing when they're not offering them to prevent you from wasting your time money and gas through the drive-thru. The manager of this location is incompetent so be aware as they are having trouble keeping employees and hiring employees due to their unacceptable professionalism
The manager at 9pm on October 6 2022 has a severe lack of people skills, just flat out RUDE. She’s in the customer service industry and can’t communicate with people. We all know it’s a workers shortage but somehow Chick-fil-A can be positive and customer oriented. Get your stuff together. Be positive and customer oriented and I’m sure it’ll help your business
