There were 7 of us, and early afternoon (1:00 we were the only ones there, so we sat immediately. The place seats about 20, so it's small. After ordering, she asked if we wanted everything served on one tray, instead of individual meals. Of course! It took a while, but all good things do. The food came out on a huge tray lined with injera and a couple of baskets of rolled injera. It was all incredibly good! A small bowl of a spice blend (the server called it chili, and it was pretty hot! came too so we could heat things up if necessary. We got a vegetable combo platter and 3 meat dishes- tibs alicha, tibs firefir, and doro wat, and that fed the 7 of us amply. All of it served on one giant piece of injera on a tray. After finishing it all, the piece of injera that was on the bottom had soaked up all the sauces and juices, and was also fantastic- we kind of fought over it. Coffee afterwards was thick and strong, a perfect punctuation at the end of the meal. The food was delicious and hot, service was friendly and not intrusive. I'm don't live in Atlanta, but this will definitely be a place to eat when I'm here. The cost was reasonable- about $170 for the 7 of us. Be aware, you don't use a knife and fork here. Use small pieces of injera to grab the food.

The food is real. I think everyone who wants to experience real authentic ethiopian food should give it a try.
