Formosa - Clarks Summit

Eat five stars. I feel like NYC when I'm here. The waiting staff is brilliant. recognize our need for a European style of food, staying over cocktails every course; or if we are here for more of an American style because we are on the way to something later. The Calamari, spring roller sauce is not to be missed. I tasted salad to my friends, as I had decided for the delicious dumplings, and asked the waiter whether it would be possible to buy a bottle of salad dressing. It was so good! I wanted salmon, but I was confused with the three offers. So I went with our server proposal thanks him powerfully. Chu Chee was delicious! The specials are always hard to resist, but my other friend had to have her chicken pad Thai. After tasting, I thought to get an order! I took an order of coconut ice cream, along with my salad dressing home. We were all so happy with our culinary experience. It is a comfortable place...the guests are dressed or very casual. This is by far my favorite place to dine. It is not only a fusion of food, but a fusion of people. Five stars for the Formosa.

Great food, great atmosphere, music, drinks and staff. Nothing negative to say, abou this place. Very recommended.

The food is wonderful, the steamed dumplings are perfect, the drinks are potent, the coconut ice cream is tantalizing and the best of all servers are intelligent and can be those who want to eat and run and those of us who sound, nibble and chat. Everyone should try. It's at the top of the MY list.
