Manny's Diner - Clark

Years ago it was called the Windsor diner. Good food and service, but a bit dilapidated. Then they spent a ton to totally update everything, renamed it Johnny K's, but tried to turn it I to a fine dining place.. that totally didn't work in that location on the corner of 2 busy streets in Clark. So when it changed back to a proper diner, now named Manny's, it like Goldilicks...just right..great diner with good food, friendly service and totally updated.. also ample parking that you won't find if you visit a diner in nearby Westfield .Highly recommend: :

This place is out of control I had a precooked burger and my wife a patty melt, both over cooked, food arrived 2-3minutes later, not freshly cooked. I had a soda and my wife a wine, it cost $52 plus tip. I won't be back anytime soon. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp easy to navigate.

Good food and conscientious service. Had the cheese burger lunch special which comes with soup and desert. Very good chicken noodle soup and burger.

A bit disappointed this visit. Stuffed fillet of sole was huge. It may have stayed in the broiler a little longer than it should have. Mixed veg were room temperature. Finished a quarter of the plate and didnt take home the rest. I have had better there. Different cook? It was a sunday late afternoon.
