Widus And Casino Clark

Sadly disappointing. Chill: Grand lobby but old swimming pool. The assigned room was smelly, but staff addressed after we complained. Facilities showing their age. Chow: Average buffet breakfast. Too salty viands, but the bread and salads were good. Care: Generally nice staff. Ample parking spaces at the basement parking. Wheelchair access OK, but rooms too far. Sadly, I'm not too keen to go back here.

For me it’s not a 4 star hotel. There are so may leak on the hallway going to tower 2, they don’t even have enough umbrella for guests. The foods was not that good. Staff are good and polite. But still the hotel itself is not for a 4 star hotel.

Great service and location but we had a horrible experience at the room we stayed in. My family checked in after enjoying the dinosaur island park nearby. We were tired and wanted to take a shower before taking a nap but the shower was cold. It took an hour before maintenance fixed it. During the night after my kids enjoyed the pool and it was my turn to take a shower at our room, the water just stopped working. I had soap all over my body and had to wait a full hour before they fixed the water problem. Terrible experience.

Time for renovation, nice pool but only very small kiddie pool. Not a good hotel for kids, nothing on the menu for them, they charged 600 peso for 2 hot dog sausage that my son ate for breakfast. We had to pay 8.000 peso in deposit at check-in

Rooms were average, and the food was bland and uninspired. The staff were very good and attentive. Once again, like a number of hotels in Clark, the property is old and very tired. It is in desperate need of an uplift. As a hotel designer, I really don't understand developers not using experienced hotel architects. The Widus layout was full of basic design mistakes like the huge ballroom leading onto the main lobby. Why, why, why? It was uncomfortable for everyone and didn't add to the sacredness of guest experience.
