Post House Clarens

Great service and lovely outdoor seating. The breakfast options are delicious, making it a perfect spot to grab a bite in the morning. They also offer a nice selection of lunch items. It was heartwarming to see many locals enjoying breakfast with their obedient dogs, making it a charming stop for dog lovers.

I had breakfast here this morning. Their food is always so tasty. I had the Free State breakfast which consisted of 2 eggs, 3 rashers of bacon, toast, tomatoe, mushrooms and boerewors. It just took about 40 minutes, a little longer than expected but a good experience. Very friendly staff and great management.<br/

Located in this charming town is a delightful restaurant named The Post House. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a cozy atmosphere perfect for meeting friends and indulging in delicious food. The menu features a range of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices at affordable prices. I particularly enjoyed their homemade flapjack breakfast topped with honey and bacon, followed by a delightful Americano. Make sure to stop by this lovely spot if you find yourself in town.

It is 24 December 2016 and we stay in Ash River Lodge B&B and tomorrow was xmas ... and I needed dessert.<br/ <br/ I ordered a slice of Black Forest Cake, a mini Apple Crumble and a mini Berry Cheesecake from them.   It was absolutely delicious!!!!!!  I forgot to take a pic of the Black Forest Cake.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. Unlike Clementine, it met our expectations. The lamb curry was fantastic and my partner enjoyed the stuffed black mushrooms. The service was attentive but not obtrusive, and there was a wide variety of wines to choose from. We will definitely be returning in the future.
