Wendy's - Clarendon County

Don't go anytime after the dining room is closed. You will be waiting at the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. Just for cold food.

This is the weirdest Wendy's I've ever been to. Sometimes I come in here and the employees are nice and the food is high quality, and other days the employees are rude and not doing a thing to prepare the food. Today, the ketchup dispenser was broken and they were out of salt and they told the customers to get over it. Food was good, service decent. Only complaint I had was no no changing table for babies in the restrooms. Also, my husband mentioned there was no soap in the men's room.

If this is the one on irby Street in Florence South Carolina or the one in Lake City South Carolina those are the ones that I'm talking about that deserve a five-star rating. However I will back off and say that Lake cities Wendy's will get a definite four-star rating because there are some things that can be changed as far as reciprocity, the unwillingness to repeat someone's order to them. Sitting in drive thru for 10 minutes at the speaker to order. I can hear the employees from the back door that’s open. They keep saying please hold. All I want is a frosty. There are 3 cars behind me also. If they have time to hang around the back door it seems they would have time to take some orders.
