Panera Bread - Clarendon County

Sad lunch. I'm not sure what is happening at this location but they are having a hard time. This is not a $10+ Baja bowl, I've ordered it many times. I asked the manager if that was the right size hoping he would offer to have it remade and he offered me more rice.

The Drive thru speaker was having issues as the employee had me repeat everything and rang in one of the items completely wrong. Then after pulling to the window we waited 20 minutes before we got our food and they never gave us our drinks and acted surprised when we asked for them. The bread bowl and side of bread are hard as a rock and unedible, and the rest of the food, while edible enough, wasn't very good. I order the Caesar with chicken. Got all the way home no chicken at all in my salad. My husband's order was ok.

I ordered lunch today. When it arrived, my food was correct but my husband’s sandwich was missing. I called the store and they said they would credit me for the missing sandwich. So I re-ordered it. This time they sent the completely wrong sandwich. We called the store again, and the manager did refund me. I understand that places are short-staffed. Mistakes happen. But this store can clearly not keep up with orders. It’s not fair to customers and staff at this point.

So many bad reviews makes you pass on ordering from them. Sad. Never had Panera n guess I won't anytime soon. Gotta find something else for breakfast.
