Panera Bread - Clarendon County

Panera on Killian is the absolute worst Panera we have experienced. This is after the culmination of subpar experiences with our orders. Today took the cake after experiencing the attitude of the assistant manager, who of course would not share his name. I guess no one would want their ugly behavior to be able to be pointed back to them. He was not only combative, unapologetic, but absolutely rude. I've gone here multiple times and my order was wrong. Also they are always out of food that I would like to order. Very bad management and service.

Great service, perfect food! One of the better Paneras in the midlands!

Used to visit this Panera every day. Customer service has declined significantly. Drive through wait time is at least 15 min. Once you arrive at window, are told to pull up. One time was told to pull up and no one was even in line smh. Yesterday, had to pull up behind a car that was already pulled up. Food quality is not as good anymore either. Easier to go to other nearby drive thrus that are faster and better food quality.

This place is going downhill. High prices with very small portions of food and poor customer service.
