If I could rate a 0 I would! Not welcoming an rude coming from “management” they are in a position that they shouldn’t be in!!! Got home and order was wrong…not worth the drive back.

I love the food but the people that prepare the food always seem to leave out items of my order every time. That's terrible

This location is literally the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I live nearby, so I keep trying to give this place chances, yet every single time my order is missing items or the food is wrong. Today was the last straw, I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and the sandwich doesn’t have ANY TUNA SALAD. It’s bread, tomato, and arugula. How do you miss the main ingredient on a sandwich? The place is beautiful. Really modern and fresh design. It makes me feel cozy. However, the food is decent, but it could be better if there was better communication. We never got called or ringed about our meal being ready and so our food got cold. We waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get any notification about our food being ready.
