Need a system like chic fola for drive thru for quicker service

Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. They apparently have no staff or incompetent staff and just need to close. I've been “hostage” in the drive thru line for 20 minutes until I finally got to a place I could get out of line. One by one we all left because nobody was taking orders. I've never seen a business open the doors and pretend to be ready to serve the public but then not wait on customers. Why bother? I see that I'm not the only one with this experience.

They charge more than $1 for any size soft drinks. I have been to McDonald's all over the US but the one in Ladson SC thinks their soft drinks are better than the rest of the US and tries to charge you almost $2 for a large. Either follow McDonald's pricing or change franchise! stupid!

All the signs say 24 hours but it’s 11:14 pm on a Thursday and they’re closed. Imagine that
