Ihop - Clarendon County

Waited in my car for curbside pickup and had to go inside to pickup. Why have the check in online feature if it's not used by the restaurant?Nobody answered the phone when I called. There were two other cars waiting for pickup. The woman knew I was there for pickup because she could see me in my car from the window. This is absolutely ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! It wasn’t busy at all there was maybe a total of 12 people in this location and 6 of them was us, there was a little girl maybe 2 years old running around with a pair on tongs, kids running in and out of the kitchen, It took over an hour to start receiving food, we ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer which came out after the food and then we had 4 kids plates 3 adult plates we received an adult meal and two kids meal then the appetizer Then 2 adult plates and my last tw … – show

Excited to take my kids to IHOP so they can get there smiley face pancakes and have a breakfast meal with them — however, no kids menus with crayons, the place hasn’t been mopped in years — the floors are so greasy — bathrooms were even worse. Please spend some time taking care of the facility so the meal can be enjoyable. Iced coffee was a let down as well — melted before received.

No one answers telephone for call in orders many times and it rings much of the time then goes to announcement saying that mailbox is full. If you go and place an order in person the wait is not long at this location.

Short staffed. We had to ask waitress several times for usual things like silverware, napkins, etc. Order was missing ingredients that were specifically ordered ie., bacon for club sandwich etc. Other than that, the food was good.
