Chick-fil-a - Clarendon County

I had a door dash and asked for the meal by name just like I have done plenty of times before and the employee gave me the order and preceded to say how he trust me but he just needed to see the app on my phone the only reason has to be because I was the only person of color picking up a door dash when the app clearly says it would be on the rack inside the store I will only accept dashes with your morning crew because they have never humiliated me in such a manner it was very degrading ive felt … – show

Horrible customer service, waited 45 in the drive thru, no one took my order the other line took 4 orders. Continued to wait until I drove up to the window to order, which they made a face. Finally took my order (at the window) asked me to pull up and they got us the food finally, then realizing they hadn’t given me my card or receipt. Had to go in and ask for my card. Nothing but a bunch of kids working…where are the adults?? No wonder service is slack and slow. Not going back to this one again … – show

Absolute trash service. The ingredients are good but the service is equivalent to McDonald’s. Every. Time.
