Applebee's Grill - Clarendon County

I ordered chicken broccoli Alfredo and it came out cold with dried out chicken and no Alfredo sauce. I had to request sauce and they charged me extra for it. Husband had 4cheese pasta and chickenstrips with honey bbq sauce. Meal was cold, way too much bbq sauce where it took over cheese sauce. Manager didn't charge us for food seeing we are regulars but get a good cooking staff

DO NOT LEAVE A TIP BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR FOOD THE! The food was excellent. The delivery to our vehicle was awful. We sat there in the allotted space for delivery to our vehicle. We were the only car and could clearly be seen thru the window from the restaurant. We waited over 10 minutes. I tried phoning the restaurant but no one would answer the phone. I called the Applebee's customer service number. They even connected to the restaurant and they still wouldn't answer the phone. I went in and … – show

Our waiters name was G, he was a true definition of a perfect hostess and that's very important these days he distributed professionalism at it's best

The server/waitress did a very good job. She was nice and friendly. The only reason I even give it a 3 is because of the server/waitress. I ordered a steak and it was over cooked. I sent it back and when it was brought to me it was worse than the first time. Not only was ot worse but I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes just for it to be overcooked more than the first time.

I ordered a paid for a strawberry salad and they gave me a salad without strawberries. I called and was told that they didn't have strawberries all day. Unbelievable!
