Spartas - Clarence-Rockland

One hour and 12 minutes to get two Shawarma's. Cold upon arrival. Driver was very polite and so was the person that answered the phone. Where is the owner when you're supposed to have three drivers and only one shows up? If I was the...owner I'd get in my car and deliver my own food to keep customers happy. Had to microwave my shawarma's before eating them.

We've been making pizza at home (dough, sauce, ingredients) on Friday nights for over 20 years. Occasionally, though, we order in. And for the past few years that means a Spartas pizza. They're very good. Delivery is fast. And I don't think there has been a time when I haven't remarked to my wife how friendly the drivers are. Highly recommended.

This place is good. The food we had was hot and very good quality and taste. This is NOT a fast food restaurantEverything is made to order, so call ahead by 20-25 minutes to place your order. When you arrive to pick it up it should be hot and fresh.

We don't buy a lot of take-out, but since discovering Spartas, we order more often. So far, everything we have ordered has been excellent. Their greek salad is crisp, fresh and the dressing homemade. Their calamari is out of this world - they should give a bigger tzatziki sauce container since the order is quite large. Their pizza is one of the best I've had. My husband loves their wings and fries as well. All-in-all, we really enjoy the food. It takes a little while, but everything is fresh, so well worth the wait.

This was my first time trying out this restaurant. My family and I ordered our New Year's dinner for delivery due to COVID-19 restrictions. The service was exceptional and the delivery was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
