I'm not one to give reviews, but this place is a must for some great New Orleans cuisine. 5 stars as I would give them more, but I can't. The food is amazing with so much taste and the cheese cake is to die for... so delicious .. love the cozy ambience and make you feel at home.. Tracy was such a pleasure and made you feel at home. Go and experience a little New Orleans at Roux Creole Cuisine Restaurant in Laguna you will not be disappointed.

Excellent environment, with a team that really takes care of your experience. Serving staff is quick and attentive to your needs of a low glass of wine to keep your water cup full. The culinary staff is professional, quiet and patient in the willingness to cook you what your heart desires and answer any question you might have! The menu has a variety of flavors that pack a stamp with portions that offer you a full stomach. With a great staff, excellent food and dedicated cooks, what more you could want. Super satisfied with my experience!

This place is great! As from New Orleans, the food is at the top. Great staff, and did I say the food is amazing?

We went twice to Roux and the food was both excellent. C'est si bon! We had the crust fish biscuits, catfish, salmon, crustaceans and bread pudding beg our two visits and they were all great. The service was excellent both times.

We have been twice and the food is amazing, the flavors are incredible. Service is great, and Chef Norm is such a generous person. We went for my Grandson’s 14th birthday and Chef Norm and the staff could not have been more gracious. Will be back soon, highly recommend this lovely restaurant.
