Bidra med feedbackI was hoping to find a kind of scan code to go directly to a kind of Starbucks app or something (I'm not a big Starbucks person) because I really wanted to write this review I just want to give a huge scream to Chloe at the Indian Hill site because she put a huge smile on my face when she took my order in the drive thru your enthusiasm was infectious. She was very sweet and friendly and patient with me, I am not familiar with the sizes and she helped me to get familiar and make 2 separate jobs. They were not big, but still their customer service was on point A I was so satisfied!!! She met her at the window was such a pleasure, she really made a smile on my face and made it a good experience even 10 minutes, as silly as that sounds. This is great customer service! Thank you Chloe and stop it!! They are a light
I asked for a surprise drink and so far have the best thanks for it! As always very friendly and very fast service.
I always take to HOME and all w ways very welcome! And of course all female baristas come to "DIE FOR CUTE!
It's a busy location. The parking lot is limited and the ride thru can return. Nevertheless, the employees here are generally great. I can be somewhat impatient, but the employees here do not seem to take it personally. The only problem I have is that this site must have better inventory control. Lately, they were from every breakfast sandwich that Starbucks offers. I have to go to another coffee spot to get a quick breakfast for me and my guys, because the app shows that everything is at this point. It is frustrating because this happens more regularly here. However, employees make this place worth a visit.
