Was treated like a criminal and disbelieved when I very politely requested the food that did not arrive in my order. 3 pieces of chicken, a dinner roll, a large chips and dipping sauces all missing. I get that they probably get people trying to scam free food off them, but if they were more careful and better at their jobs, they at least wouldn't have people genuinely having to come back just to get what they've paid for. Better attitudes and presentation wouldn't go astray either.

Enquired about a new bacon burger that is on the menu. The staff member, Kailey i think her name was, was very knowledgeable about the product and gave an accurate description of what it entailed. She was friendly and efficient throughout the order. The service was better than expected from a young teenager, and the store deserves a shout out for giving such opportunities to these young adults. Food: 4

Uncooked chips, stale bun, zinger burger doesn't even taste like a zinger burger anymore, just taste like a normal chicken piece.... absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't recommend going there, better off going to Brighton kfc. Replying to comment- as I can't reply to your comment I'm doing it on here. I got a piece of popcorn chicken as a piece of boneless staff was rude and chicken tasted so strange i couldnt eat it. Worst kaffa ever nice chips thou
