Jack's - Clanton

Chicken tenders were the size of nuggets ordered a combo, cashier charged me for a drink, said drink didn't come with it. Menu clearly said it did. Ask for manager and he had an attitude because I questioned it.

The bathroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen.

Need large signs for times of breakfast or lunch. Employees are overwhelmed trying to do both. Alot of aggravated customers not knowing what's what. Training starts at the top. Watched shift manager drag around with lousy appearance n attitude. Customers waiting gave up n left.

Once again request fresh fries and get a large combo just to be sold old fries. Honestly about to just give up. These people do not care about serving fresh food even when asked directly to make sure food is fresh. It’s pathetic. Basically robbing people for expensive subpar products almost trash. Inedible. It should be against the law to continually serve old food. They do this EVERYTIME i go to Jacks.

When ordering they are fast an excellent service will come back.
