Taco Bell - Clair Shores

DO NOT GO HERE AFTER 10pm!! multiple times I have gone there after 10pm and they told me they were closed but i didn 't wait in a line so i understood. Today i waited in a long line for probably like 15 minutes, got to the speaker and they told me they were closed. There were many cars behind me to that had also been waiting. This is so RUDE. Staff clearly doesn 't care. I 've worked food service my whole life and what we 've done for the drive thru is we go outside and tell the last car in line, 'Hey, we will be taking you as our last customer. If you wouldn 't mind could you tell the cars behind you that we are closed. we 'd really appreciate you. ' It 's literally so simple. just a helpful tip maybe you 'll pick it up if you guys cared AT ALL. I find it so disrespectful the staff couldn 't even finish the line before they told us they were closed. I will never go back to this location. and no i do not need the taco bell customer service bot to respond. what you can do is FIRE your night staff and get some people who will actually work. much love hope you 'll find the energy to do your taco bell job soon <3

Night crew here sucks so bad it drives me nuts come here after work sometimes it’s on my way I place a mobile order then get in line wait 20-30 minutes keep this in mind it’s 10pm and they say there closed? Had two cars in front of me get there food I placed mine 15 minutes ago so like do you guys close at 10pm or 2am please make up you’re mind biggest waste of time employees just make up when they close cause how you open till 2am on Wednesday and then next week only open until 10? So I gotta waste 30 minutes and wait 2-3 business days over absolute laziness and to top it all off you can’t even ask question there just like we’re closed then they cut you off like bruh I just want my food y'all suck I know y'all would be mad to I wish zero stars was an option but sadly that’s not the world we live in

This place has gone down hill. Sloths work here. Multiple times we are literally made to sit for 25 minutes plus with nobody in the dining room, just waiting on a simple order for 2 people. I get once in awhile but this has happened the last 3 times I’ve been here with no options to refund. Now I’m late to work again! Even with being short staffed, you can’t make two cravings boxes in 10 minutes or less?! People in the dining room are just as important as those in the drive thru! GOING ON 25 MINUTES FOR TWO CRAVINGS BOXES! Manager is not nice either! No wonder they are short handed!
