Frank's On The Avenue - Clair Shores

First time here, and won't be my last. I live in the area and have heard how great the food was, and it didn't disappoint. Big portions and friendly staff. Great diner! 3/23/24

I love the way Mr. Frank cooks. Went for breakfast last time, and he even put a couple of pieces of fruit without me asking. It was so nice and he always has a smile.

I called and asked do you use canned corned beef, or real corned beef in your corned beef hash? She said real corned beef. So I drove 18 minutes just for this! Absolutely awful this is canned corned beef hash! It smells and tastes like dog food. My first and last experience

I visited with my mom who had lived in the neighborhood for 60 years, she didn't know this place existed until I checked Google maps today. As you can see, they are ready for Halloween and customers. The food was very good and the portions were just right. We will be back, maybe for breakfast next time!
