Great Harvest - Clackamas

Great bread, but the staff is unfriendly. I worked in the same facility and it was great, but recently it is on the hill. Also no custom sandwich?s that suck.

Unfortunately, this place has lost its foot on what was formerly first-class customer service of the employees. On a last trip there the business was slow, and the employees used the opportunity to socialize with each other while they ignored their few customers. When they called my name to pick up my order, not everything I paid made his way to my bag. They just let my bread store sit on the table and said no word. I returned to get it, but unfortunately some items were still missing in my order and was not realized until I came home. That's NOT how the business was before. While their bakery and food items are good, the customer service will hurt them a lot of time.

Large harvest offers a wide selection of delicious freshly baked breads as well as a wealth of sweets, including scorpions, biscuits and cinnamon rolls. The salted caramel cookies are so good. The Challah will take you Holla, and the Sunrise breakfast roll is an unexpected mix of ham, egg and potatoes packed in a delicious dough.

I was in this bakery several times I love her bread and her sandwiches unfortunately this last time was not a pleasant experience. I'm pregnant right now and come here weekly and get a sandwich after my appointments, along with bread and some treats. I asked them if they could heat the turkey for about 30 seconds microwave or heat so I could have lunch. ve always did this today they told me that they did not do this and will not do so from now on. Looks ridiculous and terrible customer service! Won?t be back

I placed a large sandwich order a day prior, and when I came in to pick it up, the sandwiches were neatly packaged and labeled, and a nice gentleman walked them to my car for me. Great sandwiches and stellar service!
