Amazing pizza! I was recommended this place by a nearby waiter who was full of me in this direction like his restaurant. So I came at the first night, watching the very cool atmosphere and very cool mood, very humble and I honest had not really high expectations, but WOW!!!! I live in Italy, I know my pizza, but this place with its authentic way to prepare this amazing oven pizza has absolutely blown my head!! Please stop by this wonderful institution when you get a chance and pamper your out! I'm in town for weekly business meetings, and here I dine every night! Miss this place!
The pizza is sold per kilogram which mean that the cook makes a huge pizza with different toppings, then cuts and weighs the portions. My experience was mixed and left a bitter after taste: the pizza was really good but, as he saw me as a tourist probably, added a couple hundred grams to the pay check (which I never got). I was very disappointed, since this is my second time this happened in Civitavecchia. I talked to my host and apparently it 's normal to boost the prices for tourists. I highly recommend that the people reading this stay by his side as he weighs the pizza.
