My husband and I had a sea lion for us last night!! Cooked in three different ways, for the appetizer, first and second. Excellent every flow. Quality of ingredients and care of dishes characterize this restaurant. Remarkable the reception and service of the staff; scrupulous and attentive to the customer. Excellent wine proposal. Quiet and clean place, tables at the right distance. Price definitely in line with the quality offered. We haven't eaten so well for years, really.
We returned to this place after a while from the first visit and the exceptional experience of the first time was confirmed. The menu has been changed while still respecting the excellent quality. This time we tried much more traditional dishes, but the tradition of Estro is not absolutely banality. The dishes went far beyond our expectations. The pinnacles were of unequal goodness. The octopus patters were the real discovery of the evening. Although the octopus is a typical dish of our tradition, it was nothing but trivial! A real explosion of taste, with combinations of totally new and definitely excellent flavors! The fry has also respected the level of the other dishes, resulting very tasty, but very light. The staff, from the waiters to the owner always impeccable and very kind, ready to meet the needs of the customer. In my thing a crustacean intolerance. As usual this restaurant does not disappoint. It deserves to be visited every time you want to eat really well accompanied by an exceptional view of our coast. To return as soon as possible.
In this fantastic restaurant we found passion, experience and professionalism. Excellent food, carefully prepared dishes, excellent value for money, courtesy and functionality.
Great welcome, wonderful location with the merlons of the port of Civitavecchia that they were bordering.. we enjoyed a lot of mussels at Civitavecchiese followed by an excellent bass fishing throw on a bed of mashed potatoes...he felt the taste of the sea, tasted also the cod lying on fresh Hummus..delicious. The trophies with sauce at Civitavecchiese are to try, I stole a fork! I can't say anything about the price quality ratio as a guest but the prices on the menu were quite linear. Thanks chef of the evening.
