Bidra med feedbackThe place seemed nice outside, but the food and service were terrible. At the end we ordered desserts and brought us wrong things (even if we said several times) and of the desserts was impossible to eat.
We were charged for still water and for an appetizer that was brought to the table prior to ordering. Bit cheeky! The meal was less than average. Zero mint in the mint and lamb tortelli. Wouldnt recommend it.
Great service Waiter spoke English plus menu has English translations. Bread bread sticks made fresh daily. We sat outside in a patio area. There is inside AC dinning area too plus sitting in the outside area along the street. Food was very good, fresh and well presented.
Nice atmosphere, attentive but discreet service, very hearty portions even in the lunch menu offers everything was as it should be.
We stopped in this charming town to see the sights and have lunch. We spotted this place after parking to see the historic bridge. It is an elegant family run restaurant. Everything was superb. We visited with our small dog and she was welcome. We started with an appetizer of smoked tuna, served over some of the freshest arugula I have ever tasted. And I can 't skip the bread basket, all home made. The breadsticks alone would make us return. When I complimented them, I was told that Nonna, (grandma) makes them. We had a carafe of the house white wine, and it was remarkable. For a first course, we had a tagliatelle with smoked tuna, sun dried tomatoes, and olives, gnocchi made with zucca, a large yellow squash, and a seafood risotto. One was better than the next. For the second course, I had grilled swordfish served on a bed of fresh fennel, carrot, and arugula. The fish was cooked perfectly. We all had mandarin sorbet for dessert. The fish menu was a modest 18 Euro for four courses, and the total bill for 3 of us was 60 Euro, an excellent value for such a sophisticated, beautifully presented meal.
