Restaurante Y Cafeteria La Troje

It was a nice place to pick up a quick bite to eat with common Mexican fare. If you are in a rush for a decent meal and a decent price this was would be great.

There are three La Troje Restaurants. I have eaten in all three. The best service and food is on the Boulevard, then Hidalgo at Hotel Rex and on Juarez at Hotel Pina. The service can be a little hit and miss at the Juarez location...but is excellent at the other two. The specialty at La Troje is cecina with enchiladas. It is excellent. Stay away from the bistek a la Mexicana. It is sub-par. The restaurants have a cheerful atmosphere, booths and regular tables. I have found the waiters to be very accommodating for food sensitivities and allergies.

Good one!! Excellent Service! This Restaurant was the first One before the Tour.. Nice!! Breakfast was ok . It was recomnended by Huaxteca.com due to is very close from the main offices.

We ate there few times. All fish dishes were great. The staff does not speak English and menu is in Spanish, so prepare yourself The service is slow but all servers are nice. The price for a dish is around pesos.

La Troje restaurants are scattered all over Ciudad Valles. We tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and all are excellent. The portions are good, quality is excellent, and the price is very affordable. The service is a little slow in comparison to the US but that...is to be expected in Latin American countries where eating is considered more of a social event. I highly recommend eating at any of these restaurants.
