I liked it so much that I was twice. A charming place with different environments, patio, garden and grill. Good dishes, very wide range of wines and unbeatable attention from Federico, who made excellent recommendations and was attentive to all my orders. Very good

Excellent service, very pleasant atmosphere and lots quite abundant

We had been in Mendoza only two hours when we came across Caché Bistro and are so happy to have found it so early in our trip. The food and service were amazing, we had Karen as our server and she was so kind and attentive throughout. For food I had the vegan mix tapas which came with bread and was a delicious mix of peppers, aubergine and a bulgur wheat salad. The bread that came with the tapas was served warm and fresh. Then when it came time to choose a wine (they don't have a wine menu because of the sheer amount of bottles), they do their best to give you a wine closest to what you like or are looking for. They really know their stuff here and we'll definitely be back before our time on Mendoza is up. Vegetarian options: very nice vegan tapas
