We drove back to cachito premium an bonplant and costa rica in palermo hollywood. we had everything. 8 persons 5 adult and 3 juvenile we had sandwiches, the dinners were 2xfries eier ( papas fritas a caballo) 10* (10* points ). the fries were excellent and the eggs juicy 7 sandwiches (the 3 damen divided 2 sandwichs, they realized that they were very big) 2 lomito de cerdo pork sirloin 10* 2 bondiola 11* (yes 11 of 10 lol) 2 lomo beef sirloin 10* 1 entrańa rock 10* amazing how consistency was decided to be on all of them 2 provovo in any case they were fabulous. 7 Soda-Pops 2 large patagonia bier (must try) we were very satisfied, and the young young ones loved it. especially Argentine clientels, they seemed regular, knew exactly what they wanted. they see the Argentineian grill right there, coal and everything. when they go to bsas, they visit palermo hollywood, this is the simplest dine and a real “what Argentine eat” experience. we spent ( nov 2018) ca. U$55 for all 8 of us (not everyone. all)

Great grill! it was 1h waiting for Sarkis, so we decided to go here. was not disappointed. can get enough

We have made lunch here for 60 people in the upper floor. the owners were amazing against our huge crew and eating was absolutely incredible. I wish I had discovered this place earlier and eaten there every day. make sure to use all chutneys!

If you have never been at Cachito premium, you MUST. This is what porteños would stop their day for lunch. Sandwich the lomito ( the first day),, Sandwich de Bondiola ( the second day) There are several in the city. Do not miss the chance...to eat there dedorapa at the bar, or at the table. When I was a child in Buenos Aires there were more places like this. Now the Starbucks and MacDonalds make a place like Cachito Premium , a gem which made me feel that we have not lost a genuine Porteño's place that I can visit everytime I go back home from Toronto.
