Sazon Frank - City of Utica

This place serves the best food in town, and the owner is the most lovely person here. I visited a couple months ago on a long distance bike trip with my partner, and we stumbled across Sazon Frank in Utica and it was, by far, the BEST meal we've had the spicy stew chicken is delicious. It's a hot bar with plenty of options and you won't leave hungry, that's for sure. The owner is so sweet and you will leave with a happy belly and a happy soul! Thank you so much!

The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and warm, and the rice pudding brought me childhood memories.

Amazing food! The owner is so sweet and really goes out of her way for her customers. Eat here and you will not leave hungry, that’s for sure. Super generous portion sizes. Will definitely be back when we are in town!

This was a great find! The restaurant was spacious, cheerful and clean. We ordered the yellow rice, beans, oxtail, fried chicken and pork belly, all delicious. The oxtail and pork were both tender and juicy, and the beans were creamy and well seasoned. The portions were really generous, I will be coming back as often as I can
