Always a great restaurant. Service is great, food us amazing and a great atmosphere.

Little disappointed think they cut down menu a little

Had an excellent time with my lovely girlfriend She had the chicken parm (out of this world) in her words. Myself I had the chicken marsala, which is the best I've had. 10/10

We always enjoy our experience at Pennell's. We love the steak and eggplant parm. When in Saratoga, it's a must-stop!

We had dinner here in June and it was superlative in every way! Every detail was perfect: fresh salads constructed with sturdy, fresh lettuce and topped house-made dressings (the garlic ranch was especially divine); my husband’s strip steak was charred a perfect Pittsburgh; my Haddock Francaise was moist, lemony, and delicious. You know a restaurant has their act together when even side dishes are excellent: the French green beans were exquisite as were the mashed potatoes. Our waitress, Alyssa, was friendly, and very professional. We haven’t been to a restaurant in many years where we could say everything was a home run, but Pennell’s pulled it off. Even the bus boys were nice! Parking: The restaurant has its own parking lot, and plenty of it.
