Dunkin' - City of Saratoga Springs

This Dunkin’ is right around the corner from my house and without fail, my drink is made incorrectly 9/10 times I stop. I’ve had wildly different ingredients listed on the receipt vs what I ordered to my iced drinks handed to me with the cup half empty already. It really sucks because I like Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and food but this location has been one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to.

You should probably fire the one employee who is always in drive thru around 330-4. She is the most RUDE, unfriendly person I’ve ever talked to there. all the others are great ! I’ve had her multiple times in the drive thru (at least a dozen) and really just fed up with her nasty attitude. If you get rid of her, the place would be spot on !

Employee Caroline who works here is an awful person who will scream and belittle you. Coffee tastes awful too.

Love Dunkin... I do wish they'd bring back the watermelon cooler... Great sandwiches, Love the maple frosted donut the most.
