Bill's Diner - City of Rochester

This place is sinking really fast, ppl are getting disgusting food, and not bothering to tell owner cause he's doesnt care about ppl. They're just spreading the word and complaing to other ppl. It's happened to me more than once. I'm just not going back. My over easy eggs were raw snd slimy. And my toast was burned and wet. I was about to throw up. Then I got chicken salad, had zero taste ,rye bread was damp. I couldn't eat it. Need to step it up ppl or you'll be broke.

Worst service ever!!! On several occasions 4) I have visited this diner and it never fails, every time there is a problem with my order. After giving very specific instructions, I ordered the shrimp and grits and my shrimp comes on top of my eggs not the grits) like WTH !! This is not the first time that this has been done and this is the reason why I gave very specific instructions. After calling the restaurant and expressing my complaint the nonchalantness was beyond me. Let's just say, they are too busy to get anything right. A laid back diner with delicious, simple food and many choices for such a small place. Located in a strip mall, several tables offer a front row seat to the funny conversation of, I think, the owner Ting and her employee and customers. If you like fancy places... this isn't the place for you. But if you like quirky places, try it! The home fries alone are worth a visit.
