I have ordered a because of this subway, in which regular late in the night, and john c. has always got me with fantastic service and positiveity. even if he works solo and it seems to be a never-ending command. he is one of the main reasons why I always feel comfortable ordering from this place. even if something is sold out, he has a suggestion or a substitution ready. rockstar service man!

I regularly come to this location and I gotta say they have the best service. A stand out employee to me is John. He's very hard working, friendly and accommodating!

This Subway is awesome. The proportions are always perfect, the food always fresh, the store extremely clean, and the staff super friendly. Once, when I was short by a dollar, the manager paid the remainder out of his own pocket. It is hard to find customer service that goes so well beyond the usual. It's also open until 3am, so it's the perfect place for a late night meal. They have options for every diet; vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters will all find something good here. If you're there late, look out for John, whose sandwich artistry is unsurpassed. Always good vibes and great food at this location, probably the best in NYC.

I have been visiting this Subway for years, and what really stood out to me was customer service I received from John. Very sweet man who really knows what true customer service is. He always greets customers politely, is patient, lets me know the latest promotions and deals, and customizes my sandwich to my liking. As a customer I wish there were more John's in customer service, but bottom line: I'm glad they hired him.

This location is great I order from here constantly. I may be faded most of the time but it hits the spot every time. Tip them they work hard!
