Roberta's Pizza - City of New York

Great authentic Italian pizza, the way it's served in Italy. Service was good, accomodating, and quick. Atmosphere, not so much since it's in a food court.

Best pizza I tried in New York. We were sharing one and got another one cause it was so delicious. We had the pepperoni one. Dough was thin, soft but also crispy at the same time. Ingredients were fresh, tasty and delicious. Felt like a mixture of Neapolitan pizza and American/New York style pizza. A combination made in heaven. Staff was also nice.

Share a pie with the family at this Bushwick pizzeria that offers everything from the classic Margherita to more adventurous selections like the Nightmare on Moore Street, made with taleggio, marinated radicchio, pickled shallots and habanada peppers. Picky eaters can create their own pizza masterpiece with more than 20 different toppings to add to their pie.

I was torn with this review as I was there years ago and the pizza was some of the best i had.. This time not so much. I would give it 6 stars for the vibe and crowd. Really cool place to hang with some friends. The staff is awesome. The pizza was just ok. It was a bit tasteless and soft from a dough perspective. Something changed but not sure what. It's a must try but not sure I will go back.

I waited for the order for a very long time when the staff was not busy. Everyone ignored me and pretended that I wasn't there. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. I waited for my pizza in the evening for 40 minutes. It's a terrible attitude towards its customers. I'm disappointed
