Thames Sushi

We 've tried many sushi take-aways in the local area and this is by far the worst. I actually vomited unfortunately afterwards. The sushi rice was cooked so badly. I would expect that if I had prepared it myself but I 've never had this experience from a so-called expert 'restaurant '. The quality was really poor and the textures either greasy or dry and overcooked. Really wouldn 't waste your time on this one.

Food was awful and the owners/workers are liars. I am normally a regular who orders the same things each time so when my order came today tasting disgusting with fish that was mushy in your mouth I called to ask for a refund which they said they would submit later that night. Finding the whole situation a bit weird, I called JustEat directly to check it would be okay. They then called the restaurant who told them that they do not approve a refund under any circumstances. Upon hearing this I called the restaurant and asked why they said that after confirming to me I could have a refund. They said that they told JustEat this was fine and JustEat was processing it up to them. I relayed this information to just eat who called them again and said again they had refused the refund. This is appalling service! I was on the phone for over 40 minutes with Thames Sushi lying to my face in order to keep the money from their awful sushi. They are all liars and manipulators! They could have been honest and said I couldn’t get a refund. I even asked to speak to someone higher and they said that no one would be there until Monday, however, when JustEat called they spoke to the manager and the owner! Do not order from this restaurant!! The sushi made us feel ill

We love the rich menue. Food is always fresh and nicely made. Delivery within 25 minutes to a fair price.

I thought this was quite reasonable as taking a few people complained that the delivery is a little slow, our were dead on time (or an hour after us ordered) was great in portions, we had tempura that 't did not go tooggy in transit, I thought for london that was pretty good sushi and certainly excellent at the price.

The special of the day was delicious and the chocolate fondant was a highlight. It was the first time there and we asked for recommendations and that were extremely helpful. The ambience is modern Asian and does fit to the food served. We will definitely go there again.
